The magnificent beach location and gorgeous pool area were definitely highlights, along with the friendly and dedicated staff who made an effort to enhance our experience. However, we encountered hidden charges at checkout that left a bitter taste. The room decor felt mismatched, and cleanliness was not up to the mark, which was disappointing given the price we paid for our stay.
